The sentinel upholding the genuine interest, rights and welfare  of the rank-and-file faculty members of Laguna State Polytechnic University towards to a relevant, progressive, just, diplomatic, democratic, and benign working condition.

Mission

             The LSPU Faculty Association is committed to inform, educate, promote, uphold, ensure, negotiate, and protect the welfare of the rank-and-file members in the pursuit of its objectives.

Objectives

The association’s primary objective is to act as a driving force behind and achiever of progressive reforms on the Laguna State Polytechnic University.

Specifically, the Association shall:

1. ensure equal protection of the laws, rights, and privileges of all its bona fide members;
2. promote and protect the welfare of its members;

Preamble

                   We, the rank-and-file faculty members of the Laguna State Polytechnic University Faculty Association, affirming our commitment to form a democratic, dynamic, and genuine association, seeking to promote and uphold the interests and common good of its members so that their dignity and rights may be assured, striving to contribute our knowledge, skills, and expertise in the pursuit of the objectives and goals of the association in conformance with the vision and mission of the University, and aligning ourselves with the Filipino people in their struggle for a truly just, democratic, and humane society, do hereby adopt, enact and promulgate, under the protection and guidance of God, this constitution and by-laws.

Benefits

1.   Ensure the right to self-organization for purposes of collective bargaining and negotiation for mutual aid and  protection.
2.   Exercise their rights to be heard during the association meetings and assembly.
3.    Availment of the services of the offered by the association.
